Terms and Conditions: To ensure the best possible experience for your special occasion, we place orders for all elements of the package up to two weeks in advance. As a result, cancellations made within 14 days of the special occasion package booking are non-refundable. This policy allows us to honour our arrangements with third-party suppliers and guarantee the smooth execution of your celebration.
